This product is only available for reservations of 3 or more people.
If no tee times are available, it means that the tee times for that date are fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat, we will check for any available tee times and inform you accordingly.
In Thai golf courses, there is an additional tip for the caddie, separate from the caddie fee.
Due to golf course operation policies and local circumstances, the reserved tee time may be changed or delayed without prior notice. Refunds and cancellations are not possible in such cases.
From December 31, 2024 to January 5, 2025, Thailand will have temporary holidays, and reservations for 2 people may be restricted during this period.
Aeration Notice (Apr 21 – May 20): Due to green condition deterioration during and after this period, rounds may not proceed smoothly. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.

Note: After booking, confirmation will be provided without a separate confirmation call, and the reservation will be finalized immediately.
If cancellation occurs due to local supplier issues, we will inform you and process a full refund.
The cancellation and refund policy specified within the product takes precedence.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
