Reservations can only be made for 4-person teams.
This package is a special offer and is non-cancellable, with limited refund policies. Please check the cancellation and refund policy below. [Important Notes]
In case of inclement weather, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course's regulations on the day of the round. (Cancellations based solely on forecasts are not allowed).
If the round is settled on a hole-by-hole basis due to adverse weather, the settlement will proceed based on the normal price of the golf course and the golf course's policy.
If a customer who has prepaid to AGL Inc. settles on a hole-by-hole basis, payment will be made on-site by card or other methods, and AGL Inc. will cancel the prepayment within 7 days of confirming the settlement details.
If there are foreign nationals (including reservation holder), please provide their names and nationality via Naver Talk or KakaoTalk. → Additional charges may apply depending on nationality and must be paid on-site (failure to confirm nationality may result in delays during the round).
A reservation by the same person is limited to one tee time per day, and duplicate bookings (by the same person) will be canceled. For two or more teams, please inquire in advance via Naver Talk or KakaoTalk.
Course Maintenance Notice (2/24 ~ 3/31): During this period, the reserved course may change due to local conditions. Additionally, due to course and green condition deterioration, the round may not be smooth. This period may change without prior notice.

· Cancellation 15 days or more before the golf tee time: Full refund
· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
