· Sky Valley Country Club (formerly 331 Golf Club) is a course designed with a challenging layout.
· There are only a few straight holes on the golf course, narrow fairways and invisible obstacles.
· Be aware of strong winds at all times.

If there is no available tee time, the tee time for that day is closed, but if you contact us through 1:1 chat, we will check for available tee times for additional reservations.
This product includes the accommodation fee, so please be sure to select the accommodation package product.
This product is a package that includes accommodation, and the final reservation availability will be confirmed after checking with the golf course.
Check-in date is the day before the first golf round. (Example: If the tee time selected is December 2nd, check-in on December 1st)
When making a reservation for 3 people, a single charge will be charged (2 rooms will be used when making a reservation for 3 people).
This product requires the use of the pick-up service, so please make sure to check the option to use the pick-up service. Please select the pick-up service according to the number of people using the pick-up service and pay the fee (refer to the section not included) in cash to the guide at airport
When making a reservation, please enter flight information (inbound/outbound flight information) and arrival/departure time at the airport (fill in the request box). The guide picks you up with a picket according to the arrival time at the local airport. (Meeting place: inside exit 3 of the airport)
Depending on local circumstances, it can be replaced with either Sunrise Lagoon cc or Sky Valley cc.
Due to the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, tee time may be delayed without prior notice, and refunds and cancellations are not possible.

· Depending on the circumstances of the golf course, it may be operated as a no caddy.
· Single Charge (Hotel) → When booking for 3 people, 2 rooms are used, and 1 person must pay a single charge (30,000 KRW per person/night)
· All of the above are compulsory (as of May 16th, 2024), and must be paid in cash to the meeting guide
· Depending on the flight information entered by the person making the reservation, the guide will pick you up with a picket according to the arrival time at the local airport.
· The golf course can be replaced with either Sunrise Lagoon cc or Sky Valley cc depending on local circumstances, and a free shuttle is operated, and both golf courses are in the same condition. (Between golf courses is 10 minutes by shuttle.)
· A guide will explain to guests how to use hotel and golf course.
· Please note that COVID19 entry and exit regulations vary by country and period. Please check with the embassy or tourism board of the relevant country before booking and departure. We are not responsible for this.

· Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior to golf tee time: 50% refund
· Cancellation 0-7 days prior to golf tee time: no refund
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers.
· In case of cancellation due to circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
· The cancellation and refund policy shown on this website will be applied as priority.
· Working days: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 / Closed days: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
