This golf course operates on a pre-request reservation basis.
→ Please fill out and submit the form on the reservation request page.
→ Based on the request form, we will check availability with the golf course and accommodation.
→ If available, the golf course will provide rates and tee times based on the selected date and accommodation options.
→ The listed price is a minimum reference price at the time of request submission. The final confirmed price will be provided along with a quotation after checking with the golf course.
→ Once the final price, round dates, confirmed tee time, and accommodation check-in date are reviewed, we will send a payment link.
→ After completing the payment, a voucher will be issued.
To confirm the reservation, 25% of the quoted price must be prepaid within 1–3 days after receiving the quotation. The remaining 75% must be fully paid at least 60 days before the reservation date.
The deposit amount may vary depending on the golf course included in the itinerary.
The listed price is the minimum rate and may vary depending on the selected package and schedule.
By submitting a reservation request, you are deemed to have agreed to the cancellation and refund policy.

· The customer must request a cancellation via email, and cancellation fees may apply.
· If 90 days remain before the departure date - 100% refund of the package price.
· If 60 days remain before the departure date - 50% refund of the package price.
· If 30 days remain before the departure date - 25% refund of the package price.
· The deposit for package confirmation is non-refundable and amounts to 25% of the package price. The deposit must be made within 1-3 days after the package quote is provided, and the remaining balance must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to departure.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
