If there is no available tee time, the tee time for that day is closed, but if you contact us through 1:1 chat, we will check for available tee times for additional reservations.
In a 2-player round, you can join another team, and 2-player solo play is not guaranteed.
Rates not included must be paid locally.
For Pick up Service (Airport-Golf Course Roundtrip):
Customers using pick up Service are kindly requested to select the number of vehicles (1 vehicle: 2-4 passengers). Upon arrival at Phuket International Airport, please proceed to Gate 2, Exit 1 on the 1st floor, where our driver holding a placard with the name ＂(Blue Canyon CC - Guest＇s English Name)＂ will meet you to transfer you to the golf course.
Due to the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, tee time may be delayed without prior notice, and refunds and cancellations are not possible.
If the booking is for fewer than four players, exclusive play is not guaranteed. You may be paired with other players on-site.
From December 31, 2024, to January 5, 2025, Thailand’s temporary public holidays may restrict two-person bookings during this period.

· Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior to golf tee time: 50% refund
· Cancellation 0-7 days prior to golf tee time: no refund
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers.
· In case of cancellation due to circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
· The cancellation and refund policy shown on this website will be applied as priority.
· Working days: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 / Closed days: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
