※ Golf Course Essential Information ※
This golf course cannot be checked in with the AGL voucher sent at the time of the initial reservation. Only the local voucher sent via email 3-7 days before the round date can be used for check-in. Please note that if you do not present this voucher at check-in, you will be required to pay the green fee again on-site.
If there are no available tee times, it means that the tee times for that date are fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat, we will check and inform you of any additional available tee times.
If the number of players is less than 4, solo play is not guaranteed. You may be joined with other players on-site.
Thai golf courses charge a caddie tip separately from the caddie fee.
Due to golf course operational policies and local circumstances, the reserved tee time may be changed or delayed without prior notice. Refunds and cancellations will not be possible in such cases.

Cancellation 0~30 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
After reservation, confirmation is made immediately without a separate call to expedite the process.
In case of cancellation by the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
The cancellation and refund policy specified in the product takes precedence.
Business hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on weekends and public holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
