If no tee times are available, it means that the tee times for the requested date are fully booked. However, please contact us via 1:1 chat to check if additional tee times can be arranged.
For two-player rounds, you may be paired with another team, and we cannot guarantee exclusive two-player play.
Tee times may be changed or delayed without prior notice due to golf course policies or local circumstances. Refunds or cancellations are not available for such changes.
If the reserved date is designated as a public holiday (temporary or national) under local government policy, it may not be possible to apply the existing rates even after confirmation. In such cases, additional payment for increased rates will be required.
Due to the nature of package deals, no refunds will be issued if rounds, meals, or accommodations are not used due to personal circumstances.
This is a NO-guide + NO-shopping + NO-option package.
Korean-speaking staff or staff who can assist in Korean are available within the resort.
This package is available for departures of 2 or more people.
Tee times will be randomly assigned by the golf course after booking and cannot be pre-designated.
Airport transfer vehicles may be shared with other groups booked on the same day (no private vehicle).
For odd-numbered participants visiting the golf course, additional single cart fees may apply depending on the group size.

At Sono Belle CC, single cart costs are supported if unavoidable:
Example: Departure with 3 people (1 team) = 2 carts [2-person cart] provided for free (no single cart fee).
Example: Departure with 6 people (2 teams) = 3 carts [2-person cart] for 4+2 players, free (no single cart fee).
Example: Departure with 6 people (2 teams) = 4 carts [2-person cart] for 3+3 players, one cart fee applies.
Upgrading from the standard Studio Room will incur additional costs (contact us for details).
Late check-out service until 6 PM is subject to room availability and may be restricted.
Please confirm your exact flight times for airport transfer arrangements.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months remaining.
In Southeast Asia, rounds proceed even in rainy conditions, and cancellations/refunds are not provided due to rain. Generally, play resumes after waiting for 1–2 hours.
The travel agency is not responsible for accidents during free time outside the itinerary. Please take care to ensure safety during your free activities.
Recently, there have been cases where entry was denied due to damaged passports (writing, stamps, missing pages on the photo page or visa pages). Passport damage may also lead to refusal of boarding during airline check-in. Please ensure your passport is in good condition before departure.
