This product is a special offer and is subject to limited cancellation and refund policies. Please check the cancellation and refund policy below.

[Notice]

In case of bad weather, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course regulations on the day of play.
If per-hole settlement occurs due to inclement weather, on-site settlement will be based on the golf course standard price and policy.
For customers who prepaid with AGL Co., Ltd. and need to settle per hole, payment must be made on-site via card or other methods. AGL Co., Ltd. will confirm the settlement details and cancel the prepayment amount within 7 days of occurrence.
If the reserver (including accompanying players) includes a foreign national (passport nationality), please inform Naver Talk Talk or Kakao Talk of the foreigner's name and nationality. → Additional charges may apply depending on nationality and must be paid on-site (smooth play may not be guaranteed if foreign nationality is not confirmed).
Reservations by the same customer are limited to 1 tee time per day. Duplicate reservations (same reserver) will be canceled. For more than 2 teams, please inquire in advance through Naver Talk Talk or Kakao Talk.

· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!

* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.

* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.

* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.

* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.

* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.

* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.

Rain and Natural Disasters Policy

* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
