※ Golf Course Essential Information ※
The golf course does not allow check-in with the AGL voucher sent at the time of initial booking. Check-in is only possible with the local voucher, which will be emailed 3–7 days before your round. Please note that if you fail to present this voucher at check-in, you will be required to pay the green fee again on-site.
If there are no available tee times, it means that the tee times for the selected date are fully booked. However, you can inquire via 1:1 chat, and we will check and inform you of any additional available tee times.
For groups with fewer than four players, exclusive play is not guaranteed, and you may be joined by other players on-site.
Caddie tips are not included and must be paid locally.
In Thailand, caddie tips are separate from the caddie fee.
Due to the golf course's operating policies or local circumstances, reserved tee times may be changed, moved earlier, or delayed without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations will not be provided for such changes.

· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
