Course Description
A WORLD TOP 50 GOLF COURSE
The Rosapenna Golf Resort acquired the St Patrick’s Links in late 2012, a former 36-hole facility developed by the Walsh Family of Carrigart. The Maheramagorgan Links designed by Irish architect Eddie Hackett and the Trá Mór Links designed by PGA Professional Joanne O’Haire, both opened for play in the mid-1990’s.
Located on the edge of the picturesque Sheephaven Bay, Rosapenna is the proud home to the Old Tom Morris Links designed by Old Tom Morris of St. Andrews in 1893 and a modern great in the Sandy Hills Links laid out by Pat Ruddy of The European Club fame and open for play since 2003. Our new St Patrick's Links by Tom Doak opened in June 2021 and has taken the golf world by storm, debuting as the highest new entry at #55 in the GOLF Magazine Top 100 in the World 2021-22. Further testament to the initial World ranking, this Doak design has risen 6 places to break into the World's Top 50 at #49 in the 2023-24 GOLF Magazine Top 100 in the World rankings. With a luxury hotel on site, Rosapenna is the perfect venue for a golf break or just a quiet getaway in this beautiful corner of Donegal.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
