This package includes staying at a 5-star hotel and playing only on courses where professional tournaments such as LPGA, PGA, JPGA, and JLPGA have been held. The rounds are generally played without a caddie (self-play), but for some courses, using a caddie is mandatory.

Golf courses and tee times are assigned on-site.
Depending on the assigned tee time, breakfast may not be available, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Depending on the golf course situation, you may play at the same course more than once.
Additional charges apply during Japanese holiday periods.
We recommend booking flights arriving at Osaka Airport before 10:00 AM and departing after 6:00 PM.
Due to sunset restrictions, rounds may be limited depending on your arrival time on Day 1. We recommend flights arriving before 10:00 AM.
Even if play is stopped due to sunset on Day 1, no refunds will be issued.
Transportation is only available for the airport-hotel-golf course schedule.
You may share transportation with other teams.
Please remove all luggage from the vehicle when you exit, as the driver will not be waiting during the rounds.
Local Korean-speaking driving guides or MK vehicles (local drivers) will assist throughout the trip. (No choice - randomly assigned.)
Due to the nature of the package, costs will not be refunded if you skip accommodation, meals, or rounds.
Please be cautious when moving during free time, as the agency is not responsible for accidents that occur outside the itinerary.
Recently, there have been cases of entry denial due to passport damage (e.g., marks, stamps, or lost pages). Please ensure your passport is intact before departure to avoid boarding issues.
Club rental may be limited, so please be sure to bring your own golf bag with a name tag that includes your full name in English.

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
