·Introduction
· The Ponderosa Golf Course is conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown Johor Bahru and a 30-minute drive from Johor Bahru Airport.
· It features three signature holes: the par-3 7th hole, par-5 9th hole, and par-4 16th hole.
· The 16th hole is considered the most exciting, with its dogleg terrain beautifully complemented by ponds and lakes.

· If there are no available tee times, it means that tee times for that date are fully booked. However, you can inquire through 1:1 chat consultation to check for additional available tee times.
· Please check in with the reservation number provided in the booking confirmation (voucher), not the reservation management number, and use `myGolf2u.`
· This golf course only accepts reservations for groups of 3 or more on weekends and public holidays.
· When booking for 2 players, you may be paired with another team. Guaranteeing a round for only 2 players is not possible.
· Rounds consist of 18 holes, with the numbers indicated on the tee times representing the (1-9) OUT course and (10-18) IN course.
· Changes to reserved tee times or early/late start times may occur due to golf course operational policies and local circumstances without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations due to such changes are not possible.

· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
