※ Golf Course Essential Information ※
Please make the reservation under the English name on the passport of the representative of the actual guests.
This package is based on one night, and if you wish to stay additional nights, you must select multiple dates.
This package is confirmed only after checking with the golf course following the reservation request. Please keep this in mind when planning your reservation and travel schedule.
After your reservation is confirmed, we will also provide you with your tee time.
The selected date is for check-in at the accommodation, and the round will take place the following day.
For a round of two players, you may be paired with other teams, and solo play for two is not guaranteed.
Cart and caddie fees must be paid to the staff at the golf hotel upon arrival.

(Option/Onsite payment) Roundtrip transfer from Bangkok Airport: $50/person for 4 or more, $200/team for 3 or fewer (local driver)
※ When requesting transfer service, please make sure to fill in the "Roundtrip airport transfer request" and provide your roundtrip flight schedule (flight number, departure, and arrival times) in the request field. On arrival, please proceed to the airport arrival hall at the designated time, where a local driver will be waiting with a sign bearing your name.
※ Please pay the cart fee, caddie fee, and transfer fee to the Korean staff upon arrival at the golf hotel.

Cancellations made within 0–30 days of the check-in date: No refund available.
Note: After booking, confirmation will be provided without a separate confirmation call, and the reservation will be finalized immediately.
If cancellation occurs due to local supplier issues, we will inform you and process a full refund.
The cancellation and refund policy specified within the product takes precedence.
Business hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
