Course Description

It was born in 1988 on the initiative of a group of willing entrepreneurs

It has a Championship Course, designed by the British architect Tom Macaulay, and it hosted many editions of Challenge Tour iand Alps Tour.

Over the years,many improvements and changing to the course was made, while nature did its part too by reinforcing the heritage trees .
In the last period the current administration, insisted in the adaptation of the whole structure and facilities to rules concerning ecology, safety and optimization of resources, particularly with regard to water and electricity.

The course (27 holes, par 72, 6318 meters) is flat, but very technical and it requires a good concentration and a particular attention to the water obstacles that make the play more difficult. Its innovative drainage system makes it possible to play even with bad weather conditions. So the passionate golfers can play all year around. The 9-hole green course is Pet Friendly.

It is embellished with stretches of water and uncultivated patches which, thanks to its proximity to the Euganean Hills Park, have favored the presence of a rich fauna.

In 2022 the renewal of the course was entrusted to the EGD (European Golf Design) and to the Managing Director Jeremy Slessor. Among EGD's achievements, the restyling of the Golf National in Paris, which hosted the Ryder Cup in 2018 and the renovation of Marco Simone in Rome, which hosts the Ryder Cup in 2023.
