Hallim Gwangneung Country Club, located in a dense forest with the beauty of Cheolmasan Mountain and the refreshingness of Baekun Valley, is a great place with its open field and dramatic layout, surrounded by the sound of birds singing. In particular, it can be easily reached from anywhere in Seoul within 30 to 40 minutes, and since Gwangneung Arboretum is adjacent, you can experience the natural environment.

Only 4-player team reservations are allowed.
The person making the reservation must play themselves.
Notes:
In case of weather disruptions, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course's regulations on the day of the round. (Cancellation before the round due to forecasts is not possible.)
In case of hole-by-hole settlements due to bad weather, settlement will be based on the normal rate and the golf course's policy, and payments will be processed on-site.
If a customer who made a prepayment to AGL (Co., Ltd.) settles hole-by-hole, the customer should proceed with the payment using their card or other methods on-site. AGL (Co., Ltd.) will cancel the prepayment within 7 days after checking the settlement details.
If the person playing is not Korean, please notify us of their name and nationality via Naver Talk or KakaoTalk. Additional fees may apply depending on the nationality, and payment must be made on-site. (Failure to confirm nationality may result in delays during the round.)
The same person is limited to one reservation per day. Duplicate reservations (for the same person) will be canceled.
For reservations of 2 or more teams, please inquire in advance via Naver Talk or KakaoTalk.
Aeration work notice (April 21, May 7, 19) : Due to possible deterioration of green conditions during this period, the round may not proceed smoothly. The dates may change without prior notice.

· Cancellation 15 days or more before the golf tee time: Full refund
· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: Impose 50% of reservation amount as cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9)/ Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
