· This golf course operates on a pre-request reservation basis. → Please fill out and submit the form on the reservation reception page. → Based on the request form, we will confirm availability with the golf course and accommodations. → If available, the golf course will inform you of the fees and tee times for the requested dates and accommodation options. → The amount shown for this golf course is the minimum amount for reference upon reservation, and the final confirmed amount will be provided along with the estimate after the golf course inquiry. → After confirming the final amount, round date, confirmed tee time, and check-in date for accommodation with the customer, we will send a payment link. → Once the customer completes the payment, we will send the voucher.
· A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The balance (75%) will be paid 60 days before the date of travel. In certain circumstances, the deposit amount may vary depending on which golf courses form part of your itinerary.
· Submitting a reservation request is considered acceptance of the cancellation and refund policy.

· Customers must request cancellation of their reservation directly by email, and cancellation fees may apply when canceling a reservation. • If 30 days remain from the departure date - 25% refund of the package sale price • If 60 days remain from the departure date - 50% refund of the package sale price • If 90 days remain from the departure date - 100% refund of the package sale price
· Package The advance payment for confirmation is non-refundable and is 25% of the package price. Deposit must be made within 1-3 days of receiving the package quotation, and the remaining balance must be paid in full within 60 days.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
