ยท If there are no available tee times for your selected date, please inquire via 1:1 chat consultation. We will check for additional tee times and provide guidance accordingly.
ยท The 3-night package includes playing rounds for three days starting from the day after check-in (refer to the detailed schedule).
ยท We do not guarantee exclusive play for a group of 2. Pairing of another team might be inevitable under certain circumstances.
ยท On the first day, the guide will help you move between the airport and the resort. And explain the golf schedule within the resort. (NOT private guide, NOT private vehicle)
ยท There may be changes to the schedule depending on local circumstances.
ยท Caddy, cart, round-trip transportation to the airport are required and must be paid directly to the guide (driver) when meeting at the airport.

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
