All schedules are NO shopping, NO options, and NO guide products.
A Korean staff member is on-site at the hotel to assist with your stay and guidance.
After booking confirmation, we will provide individual notifications for golf courses and tee times by date.
Due to local assignments, the choice of golf courses and designated tee times cannot be specified.
In case of inclement weather such as rain, a "closure" notification from the golf course is required for compensation or refund according to the golf course's regulations.
Rounds missed due to personal judgment or cancellations based on weather forecasts are excluded.
Changes in golf courses and tee times may occur due to course closures and other circumstances.
As this is a package product, costs will not be refunded even if meals, accommodations, or rounds are not utilized.
Please always ensure safety while moving during your free time; our company will not be responsible for any accidents.
Recently, there have been cases where entry has been denied due to passport damage (such as scribbles on the photo page or visa pages, commemorative stamps, or page loss) during immigration checks. * Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
