If there are no available tee times, it means they are fully booked for that date. However, you can inquire through 1:1 chat support, and we will check for additional tee times and guide you accordingly.
This golf course requires reservations for at least three people on weekends and holidays.
For two-person rounds, you may be joined with another team, and exclusive play for two players cannot be guaranteed.
If you use one cart per person, a single cart fee will apply, which must be paid on-site.
The rates for this package are based on Korean customers. Customers of other nationalities are advised to contact customer service for inquiries.
Due to the golf course’s operational policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may change or start earlier or later without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations due to these changes are not allowed.
If the reserved date is declared a public holiday (temporary or national) under local government policies, the initially confirmed rate may no longer apply, and additional payment at the increased rate may be required.

· Cart Fee (1 cart per 2 player) → Single Cart fee(400,000 VND) charged separately (when using 1 cart per 1 person)
· Caddy Fee (1 caddy per 1 player) → Vietnamese golf courses typically use one caddy per person, but during peak season (December~March) or during tournament and event periods, two people may be assigned to one caddy. No refunds will be given.

If cancellation occurs due to local supplier issues, we will inform you and process a full refund.
The cancellation and refund policy specified within the product takes precedence.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
