If there is no available tee time, the tee time for that day is closed, but if you contact us through 1:1 chat, we will check for available tee times for additional reservations.
This product includes the accommodation fee, so please be sure to select the accommodation package product.
This product is a package that includes accommodation, and the final reservation availability will be confirmed after checking with the golf course.

A single charge will be charged for a reservation for 3 people.
This golf course can only be booked for groups of 3 or more on weekends and holidays
Due to the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be earlier or later than the reserved tee time without prior notice, and refunds and cancellations are not possible due to this.
Instructions for using the pick-up service → When using the pick-up service, it is mandatory to indicate the flight number and arrival time. Please be sure to enter your flight information as the local staff will be waiting at the airport holding a sign in time for your arrival (meeting location: Gate 4, Exit B). → If the flight has not been confirmed, first, enter a random schedule before making a reservation, and then make sure to enter the correct flight information on the View My Reservation - View Reservation Details screen no later than 7 days before the round. → If you choose a pick-up service, please select a rate that suits the number of people. Additional charges may apply if the actual number of guests differs from the number of reservations. → If you are using a local SIM, please enter a local number where you can be reached for smooth pick-up service. → If the pick-up service is not smooth or impossible due to an error in ticket or contact information, refunds and changes are not possible.

→ Lunch and dinner are provided à la carte within the coupon limit (300 THB per person, VAT included). (Beverages and alcohol not included)
→ Any amount exceeding the limit must be paid onsite.
→ Depending on the number of local meal reservations, à la carte may be provided as a buffet.

· Cancellation 0-30 days prior to golf tee time: no refund
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
