※ Golf Course Essential Information ※
· According to local government policies, the reserved date may be designated as a holiday (temporary or national), and in such cases, the original rate may not apply even after reservation confirmation. An additional payment at the increased rate may be required.
※ Tết holiday surcharge from 1/28 to 2/5 applies to golf courses and hotels (please contact your representative for details)
▶ Golf course and tee time confirmations will be provided individually up to 2 weeks prior to departure.
· This package is finalized only after the golf course confirms the reservation following your booking request. Please consider this when planning your itinerary.
· Check-in occurs on the first day of the reservation, and rounds will take place over three days starting the day after check-in.
· If playing as a group of two, you may be joined by another team, and exclusive two-player rounds cannot be guaranteed.
· Any exclusions must be paid for locally.
· Due to the golf course's operational policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may change without prior notice, and rounds may start earlier or later than scheduled. Refunds or cancellations for these reasons are not possible.
· Single cart fee: $20/18 holes/person
· New World Hotel late check-out: 80,000 KRW (per room) before 18:00 / 140,000 KRW (per room) after 18:00

Note: After booking, confirmation will be provided without a separate confirmation call, and the reservation will be finalized immediately.
If cancellation occurs due to local supplier issues, we will inform you and process a full refund.
The cancellation and refund policy specified within the product takes precedence.

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
