※ Golf Course Essential Information ※
· If there is no available tee time, the tee time for that day is closed, but if you contact us through 1:1 chat, we will check for available tee times for additional reservations.
· When booking for 2 players, you may be joined by another group, and we cannot guarantee exclusive play for 2 players.
· Due to the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, tee time may be delayed without prior notice, and refunds and cancellations are not possible.
· Twilight golf (July-September: 16:00-17:30 tee-off) can be played until sunset, and you may not be able to play all 18 holes. No refunds will be issued for missed rounds due to sunset.
· This is an 18-hole through play and there are no restrooms on the course.
· Dress code - Cannot be worn with denim/jeans - trousers or shorts may be worn and shirts must have a collar or collar - short socks allowed with shorts - Golf dresses or skirts are allowed for women - The gallery must also comply with the golf dress code - Golf shoes required (no metal spikes) - No pets allowed

· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
