This package is available for a minimum of 2 people.
All schedules are NO shopping, NO optional tours, and NO guide included.
A Korean staff member is stationed at the hotel to assist with your stay and guidance.
This package provides confirmation of the golf courses and tee times on the day of arrival.
Due to local allocations, the selection of golf courses and designated tee times cannot be guaranteed.
In case of inclement weather (e.g., rain) that prevents a round, compensation or refund will be processed in accordance with the golf courseβs regulations, provided a "closure" notification is issued by the golf course.
(Excludes rounds missed due to personal judgment or cancellations made based on weather forecasts.)
Golf courses and tee times are subject to change due to course closures or other circumstances.
As this is a package product, no refunds will be given even if meals, accommodations, or rounds are not used.
Please ensure safety during your free time; our company will not be liable for any accidents.
Recently, there have been cases of entry denial due to passport damage (e.g., scribbles on the photo page or visa pages, commemorative stamps, or page loss) during immigration checks. Passport damage may also result in refusal of boarding, so please check for damage before departure.
If assigned to Bangpra Country Club, an 18-hole round and a 90-minute massage are included.
A late check-out at 6 PM will incur an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per room.

In order to confirm your reservation promptly, actual reservation will be proceeded at the same time as confirmation without an additional confirmation call.
In case of cancellation due to local supplier circumstances, we will notify you and process a full refund.
The cancellation and refund policy separately provided in the product is given priority.

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
