When requesting shuttle service, please make sure to specify "Round-trip airport shuttle request" and include your round-trip flight schedule (flight number and arrival/departure times) in the request field. The driver will meet you at the airport arrivals area holding a sign with your name.
This package is confirmed only after the golf course is contacted upon reservation. You will be informed individually about the confirmation and tee times. Please take this into account when planning your reservation and travel schedule.
This package includes a 9-hole round of golf and check-in at the accommodation on the selected date. Please plan accordingly.
The travel agency is not responsible for any issues that arise from individual travel outside the basic itinerary.

* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
