β» Golf Course Essential Information β»
This package is subject to final confirmation after the golf course is contacted upon receiving your reservation request. Please consider this when planning your booking and travel schedule.
For check-in at the golf course, please use the name of the reservation holder along with "AGL."
The schedule includes three days of rounds starting the day after check-in (refer to the detailed itinerary).
Every Tuesday, Sun Valley Golf Course is closed, and rounds will be replaced with either 18 holes at Forest Hills or 18 holes at East Ridge Golf Course.
Additional fees apply for external rounds (to be paid on-site):
β Weekday external round fees: Forest Hills - 18 holes: $40 / 27 holes: $65; East Ridge - 18 holes: $50 / 27 holes: $90
β Weekend external round fees (subject to prior confirmation for availability): Forest Hills - 18 holes: $75 / 27 holes: $100; East Ridge - TBD
If there are no available tee times on your preferred date, it means that dayβs tee times are fully booked. However, please inquire via 1:1 chat support to check for additional available tee times.
For bookings with fewer than 4 players, you may be paired with another group on-site, and exclusive play cannot be guaranteed.
This package requires round-trip transfer service between the airport and the golf hotel (fee payable on-site):
β Transfer fees: $100 per person (2 people) / $70 per person (3 people) / $50 per person (4 people)
Due to the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, pre-booked tee times may be changed or rescheduled without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations will not be allowed for such changes.

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
